Aug 28th, 2023 – Artwalk 2023, organized by the Elizabeth Garden’s Art Collective, was a great success, but I had a last-minute problem with my tent and could not participate in this year’s event. Artwalk is a wonderful event with a lot of great artists and a strong community spirit. I find the event particularly useful in focusing my creative energies on works that highlight the neighbourhood and its history. Since I could not attend, I thought I would share the pieces that I had planned to display on Saturday.
